Private memorial services will be held at a later date for Nancie J. Campbell, 67, of Chickasha.

Nancie J. Campbell was born on July 31, 1944, in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, the daughter of Andrew and Nellie (Snyder) Jones.  She died on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, in Chickasha.

Nancie spent her childhood years in Georgia before moving with her family to Oklahoma in the 1950s.   She remained in Oklahoma before returning to Georgia in the 1970s, and then returned to Oklahoma to the Chickasha area a few years ago.

Nancie was always a hard worker; she drove a truck for fifteen years before becoming self-employed in home remodeling.

She is preceded in death by both parents, her husband, and one brother.

Survivors include her daughter, Lisa Bohannon and grandchildren Preston and Taylor Bohannon.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
