A graveside service for Margaret “Jean” Bolton, 90, of Lindsay, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 22, 2025, in the Greenhill Cemetery located in Lindsay, Oklahoma.

Margaret “Jean” Bolton was born December 5, 1935, in Urbana, Iowa to Charles Bolton and Elsie E. (Studebaker) Bolton. She passed from this life on Thursday, December 18, 2025, in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

Jean grew up in Iowa and graduated from Vinton High School. When she was young, she worked in New York City for New York Life Insurance Company.

She enjoyed fishing and was handy with her hands. She worked right along with all her brothers and could keep up with them.

Jean was preceded in death by both parents and her brothers Richard Bolton and Lyle Lee Bolton.

Her brothers William Bolton and Gerald Bolton and a cousin Sharon are left to cherish her memory.

A viewing for Jean will be at Ferguson Funeral Home on Sunday, December 21st from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

The service and interment will be under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home, Chickasha, Oklahoma.
