Jeanne Shirleen Brewer

A graveside funeral service for Jeanne Shirleen Brewer, 66, of Chickasha will be held, Friday, August 8, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. in the Fairlawn Cemetery with Daniel Edwards officiating.

Jeanne Shirleen Brewer was born July 30, 1959, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the daughter of Melvin Raymond Brewer and Margaret Alma (Crow) Brewer. She passed from this life on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

Shirleen was raised in Chickasha and attended Chickasha High School. She had a son Daniel Brewer and raised her son in Chickasha. Shirleen was employed at Walmart when she married Robert Freeman Riley, and they lived out at Lake Chickasha. Shirleen also was employed at Chickasha's Laundry for over 32 years.

Shirleen was baptized at the age of 13 at the Trinity Baptist Church. In her free time, she enjoyed walking a mile a day except for on Sundays, fishing, spending time at the lake, watching TV, and reading her Bible.

She was preceded in death by both parents; son, Daniel Brewer; brothers, David Brewer and Ray Brewer.

Loved ones left to remember her are her sister and brother-in-law Teresa and David Hebblethwaite of Chickasha and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Viewing for Shirleen will be held, Thursday, August 7, 2025, at Ferguson Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Interment will be in the Fairlawn cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
