The family of Janice Kay Thweatt, 78, of Chickasha, will hold a private memorial service at a later date.

Janice Kay (Gaddy) Thweatt was born February 4, 1947 in California to Clayton Wilson Gaddy and Pearl Hazel (Williams) Gaddy. She passed from this life on September 17, 2025 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
