IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Billy David
Nunn
September 15, 1962 – February 20, 2026
Viewing
Ferguson Funeral Home
4:00 - 7:00 pm (Central time)
A viewing for Billy David Nunn, 63, of Chickasha will be held at Ferguson Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with the family present to receive friends. There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
David was born and raised in Apache, Oklahoma, and he was proud to call it “home.” He was the son of Billy Martin Nunn and Carol Ann (Doyle) Nunn. He attended and graduated from Apache schools, where he built lifelong friendships and a reputation for grit, loyalty, and quiet strength.
A true cowboy at heart, he was tough as they come and never shied away from hard work. Beneath that rugged exterior was a man with a big heart who loved his family deeply and found his greatest joy in being a devoted husband, proud father, and faithful friend.
On March 17, 2007, he married Kelly Walker. He and Kelly shared a rare and steady kind of love. It was built on loyalty, laughter, and years of standing side by side through every season. Together they created a life rooted in devotion, family, and a partnership that held strong. They made their home in Chickasha. He and Kelly were members of The First Baptist Church here in Chickasha.
He was preceded in death by both parents.
Loved ones left to cherish his memory are his wife Kelly Nunn of Chickasha; son David Allen Nunn and wife Sarah of Anadarko; daughter Jordan Thompson; step-daughter Jessica Marshall and husband Jason of Norman; step-daughter Jennifer Hurst and husband Shelby of Chickasha; grandchildren Casey, Rhett, Donnie-Beth, Katie, Jase, John, Walker and Ellie; brothers Robert Nunn and wife Karen of Medina, Ohio and Larry Nunn and wife Jennie of Apache; niece Josie, nephews Billy, Brayden, Blayke, Noah, Jacob, Nathan, Johnny, and Jason; and other extended family and friends
The viewing and cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
